SAR Group launches 'World Ace', an after sales service provider for mobile phones, CE and IT products

NEW DELHI, INDIA: SAR Group, which recently forayed into mobile handset business through brand Wynncom has launched World Ace, an after sales service provider for mobile phones, consumer electronics and IT products.

World Ace would be one of the players in the organized sector for repair of mobile phones of all models and manufacturers. Other than mobile phones it will provide cost effective after sales service with minimum turnaround time for IT peripherals and consumer electronics.

Arun Saxena, Director, World One Solutions Pvt Ltd, said, “We endeavor to provide the growing mobile phone user base in India an accessible, single window and cost effective after sales service, allowing them an informed choice on mobile phone repair and thereby enhancing customer satisfaction.”

World Ace is backed by SAR group’s expertise in supply chain management and after-sales service. World Ace has highly qualified technical staff with a customized web based CRM solution that makes customer service not only cost-effective but also ensures a low turn-around time.

World Ace has been launched with 300 centers across India, which would be raised to 500; also the company is determined to have 23 owned Service locations by the end of the current fiscal. World Ace centers are staffed with technically qualified personnel, who have been further trained on the prevailing manufacturing processes and software’s, and would serve to enhance the life of mobile handsets even under extreme usage conditions.
